From the moment I arrived I was impressed with this hotel. The front desk was fast, efficient and very friendly. I went for a snack in the bar when I arrived and I was welcomed warmly and the food was good. My room was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The breakfast and spa were superb. Free transfers to and from the train station were well organized.

This hotel in a beautiful destination offers rooms with stunning views of the mountains. It is conveniently located in the center of the city, close to restaurants and stores. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious.

Approx. 10 minute walk to hotel from the train station on arrival. However, the hotel does offer free transfers to and from the train station, so I benefited from this on my return to the station.

Great breakfast with a variety of choices. Beautiful surroundings and perfect location for outdoor activities, including hiking and biking. The views of the mountains from our room were stunning and unforgettable.

Limited room space and no room for our hiking boots or trekking poles. The checkout was strictly 11 am, and there was no opportunity to take a post-checkout shower.

Infrastructure & services for Mountainbikers

Location excellent. Free pass for trains and cable cars can save a great deal of money. Breakfast on the weekday was excellent, but less impressive on weekend (although still good)

We booked two rooms for two couples each paying the same price. One room was probably upgraded and thus excellent. The other room could only be described as adequate. We also had a single room which was excellent. The set menu was very poor value and luke warm. Restricted parking.

The location of this hotel is exceptional, with easy access to biking and hiking trails. Being close to the train station makes it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are very nice and clean, with beautiful views of the mountains. Plus, the staff is extremely helpful in planning excursions.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful mountain town, and I had such a fantastic experience! the hotel is centrally located, right in the heart of the town, which meant I had easy access to restaurants and shops. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the train station, making it very convenient for me to travel around. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. They provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests. I really appreciated their attention to detail and their friendly and helpful nature. Lastly, the rooms at this hotel were simply stunning. I had a room with a breathtaking view of the mountains, which was just incredible to wake up to every morning. The basic amenities in the room were great, and I felt truly comfortable during my stay. Oh, and I have to mention the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

Honestly, I couldn't find anything that could be improved during my stay. Everything was simply perfect!

The hotel has a handy location close to the train station, a range of restaurants and shops. the rooms are comfortable with excellent service and breakfast options. the hotel provides many thoughtful extras, including special arrangements for pets and a variety of wellness facilities.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Everything was spotless and the hotel facilities were great. It was a plus that the hotel was located right in the center of this city, so we were close to everything. Also, the breakfast was a highlight, with healthy options, fresh bread, and lovely cheese. The staff was very helpful, making our stay even more pleasant.
